As the Partner Development Manager at Toolyt, you will be responsible for building and expanding our partner network, driving growth by identifying new partnership opportunities, and developing relationships to scale Toolyt’s presence across multiple regions. Your role will be essential in establishing strong collaborations with strategic partners, resellers, and channel distributors to extend Toolyt’s market reach, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to support Toolyt’s growth goals across different regions and verticals.
• Identify & Engage Partners:
Identify, engage, and onboard new partners such as system integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), and channel partners to drive Toolyt’s expansion into key markets.
• Build & Maintain Relationships:
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners to foster collaboration, ensure alignment with Toolyt’s vision, and drive joint business growth.
• Partner Enablement & Support:
Ensure partners are fully enabled with the necessary product knowledge, resources, and tools to effectively sell and support Toolyt’s solutions.
• Revenue Growth:
Develop and manage partnership revenue goals and track performance metrics to ensure that sales and revenue targets are met through the partner network.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align partnership initiatives with Toolyt’s overall business objectives and product offerings.
• Market & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership growth and provide recommendations to refine Toolyt’s partnership strategy.
• Negotiation & Contracts:
Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions that align with Toolyt’s business objectives, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
• Training & Development:
Provide ongoing training and support to partners, helping them stay up-to-date with Toolyt’s latest features, product offerings, and market positioning.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in partner/channel management or business development, preferably within SaaS, tech, or CRM solutions.
• Proven track record in building successful partner ecosystems and driving business growth through partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS market, CRM solutions, and relevant industry trends.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities.
• Willingness to travel as needed to establish and maintain partner relationships.
