We are seeking a skilled and experienced Linux Engineer to join our team. The Linux Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Linux-based servers, ensuring their stability, security, and efficiency. The role requires expertise in system administration, troubleshooting, and automation to support the organization’s business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the software, hardware, and systems on a Linux server on Cloud
- Design, build, and maintain core services and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance of information assurance policies, concepts, and measures
- Install and monitor Linux operating systems and associated services
- Implement security measures and identify potential issues
- Update security settings
- Design and manage backup and recovery
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in core Linux server-side administration.
- Proficiency in working with multiple Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS).
- Mandatory: Experience with AWS or Azure and its major services.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls).
- Hands-on experience with Bash, Python for automation.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
