We are looking for a Tele caller to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients (US Shift). A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest an appropriate product or service. To provide the best tele-calling service, you must know how to convince the toughest of the clients to purchase our offering.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
- Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation, via webinars.
- Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, and webinars, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
- Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like Linkedin, Twitter, Emailing tools, etc.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.
- Excellent knowledge and fluency of the English language
- Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
- Ability to work in night shift
- Should have experience in selling product to enterprises products, preferably SAAS.
- Ability to switch communication styles
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
