We’re looking for a smart, confident fresher to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Associate. The role involves handling client communication, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in driving software sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, be proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a clear record of client interactions in Toolyt.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth lead progression.
- Assist in preparing proposals, follow-up reports, and sales documentation.
- Understand Toolyt’s platform and explain basic product features to prospects.
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or client communication.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in conversations, with a positive and persuasive attitude.
- Good at maintaining records and using tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms.
- Quick learner with a genuine interest in technology and software sales.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer interaction are eligible.
