Human Resource Specialist
Own & drive employee experience and engagement by coordinating and executing all company events, activities and programs. .
Facilitate the new hire orientation and on boarding of associates. Create employee on boarding plans for associates and work collaboratively with managers for coordination and successful implementation.
Actively serve and lead the POSH committees for engagement, community, and wellness initiatives. Implement inclusion and diversity initiatives and programs
Provide a high level of administrative support, this includes responsibilities such as running and analysing workday reports, managing record retention, maintaining employee files, processing all Payroll payments.
Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement.
a. Organize and participate in employee focus groups to complement engagement efforts.
4. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify unique division/location needs while balancing the overall purpose and business requirements of the employee engagement strategy.
Creating job postings and manage its workflow administration and screening applications based on give requirements/job descriptions.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Ability to manage projects with attention to detail and able to prioritize and multitask
Strong people and communication skills
Ability to speak comfortably in front of large groups of people
Ability to maintain confidentiality is required
Approachable and Positive Attitude
