We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven professional to join our team as an Client Success Manager / Project Coordinator. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to implement technology solutions, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document client/business requirements by preparing BRD and FSD documents
- Create workflows, business scenarios, use cases, and wireframes/mock screens (Whimsical preferred)
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
- Manage client accounts, including ongoing requirements, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Support project planning by defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery
- Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Participate in System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions
- Perform basic database-related tasks such as queue management and handling external variables
- Work with basic SQL queries and support system-level operations
- Resolve requirement conflicts by balancing business needs with system feasibility
- Present ideas, findings, and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications
