Hiring: Business Analyst (0–1 Year Experience)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our team and help implement technology solutions while working closely with clients and internal teams. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze client/business requirements and prepare BRD/FSD documents.
• Create workflows, scenarios, use cases, and wireframes/mock screens (Whimsical preferred).
• Support project scope definition, solution implementation, and requirement conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, clients, and managers for smooth project execution.
• Participate in System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify and report risks, issues, dependencies, and potential gaps proactively.
• Perform basic database-related activities such as managing queues and external variables.
• Present ideas, findings, and recommendations effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Basic understanding of databases/software systems
• Client-facing and team-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall is a plus
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or any other related fields
Certifications in Business Analysis are an added advantage.
