As part of our team, your role involves implementing Newgen Products & Solutions and engaging with customers. Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing client interactions after sales, playing a dual role as a Business & System Analyst.
- Clearly documenting requirements using methods like scenarios or prototyping.
- Creating a project definition that outlines scope and objectives.
- Handling basic database tasks related to Queues and External Variables.
- Conducting user acceptance/system tests and understanding project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Resolving complex requirement conflicts by engaging effectively with stakeholders.
- Presenting options and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
